about us

Our goal is to showcase the work of regional artists, promote the sale of art and aid in establishing Belleville as an artistic tourist destination.

We also aim to present opportunities to young artists so that they may experience showing their work in a gallery setting,  thus helping them build a good foundation for their future work in the field of art.

We are also developing a supporting relationship with South Broadway Art Project.  SBAP is a 501c3 non-profit, visual art studio and organization located in South St. Louis co-founded by Tim and Sarah Bliss. Sarah Bliss, Executive Director: The partnership is a natural one.  Co-founders Sarah and Tim Bliss are our daughter and son-in-law.  “We have a mission to teach young people and adults how to enhance their own lives and their community through art.”

The day to day operations of the Gallery are a team effort.   Besides the Artists and their amazing work without which we would not exist, the following people contribute greatly to the success of the gallery:

Steve Rye – Juror/Leather Artist/Gallery Owner
Kay Rye – Business Manager/Gallery Owner
Annie Rye – Gallery Co-ordinator
